Life is riddled with questions.
Why am I hangry? Is work-life balance real? Can stress damage my brain?
Well+Being, the new personal health section from The Washington Post, provides some much needed clarity in a sea of uncertainty with articles from trusted neuroscientists, psychologists, nutritionists, doctors and more.
Koto worked with The Washington Post to craft Subtract the Noise, a campaign that celebrates Well+Being as a literal white space amongst an overstimulating swell of reader-submitted questions, concerns, thoughts and feelings.
We launched the campaign with a series of billboards in Times Square showing that, even in the epicenter of sensory overload, there is a place to step out of the noise, and get a bit of relief and even a few answers.
